• Final Sales Policy: All sales are final unless the item you receive differs from the grade, quality, or description we advertised.
• Timeframe for Returns: If the item does not match what was advertised, you must initiate the return within 5 days of receiving the goods.
• Required Documentation: Returns must include the original receipt or a copy of the receipt. Copies will not be available after the time of purchase.
• Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use or modification.
• Full Unit Policy: Full unit sales must be returned as complete units. Partial returns will not be accepted.
• Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Final Sale Items: Economy-grade items and special deals marked as "no returns" are final and not eligible for returns.
• Refund Method: Credit or debit card purchases will be refunded to the original card, subject to your bank or credit card provider's processing timeline.
